If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of payment provided no build work has commenced. To request a cancellation within this window, contact us at [email protected]. If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours and no work has started, we will issue a full refund.
After 24 hours, or once build work has commenced — whichever comes first — no refund is available outside of the 90-day guarantee outlined below.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund, repair, or alternative service.
We are not obligated to provide a refund if you change your mind after the 24-hour cooling-off period has passed. This includes but is not limited to: deciding you no longer want the service, finding a cheaper alternative, or choosing not to use the system after it has been delivered.
If you are within the 24-hour cooling-off window and no build work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund as outlined above.
We stand behind our work. If you use the system properly for 90 days and can show us it hasn't improved your leads, bookings, or Google reviews, we will refund $1,000 of your implementation fee — no argument, no hoops.
To qualify for the guarantee refund: You must have actively used the system for the full 90 days, connected your phone number and business accounts as instructed during handover, and be able to demonstrate that the automations were running. The guarantee does not apply if the system was not set up or used as directed.
We get asked this. It's a fair question and deserves a straight answer.
The implementation fee covers real work that has already been completed — scoping, building, integrating, testing, and handing over your system. That work cannot be undone. By the time you've used the system for 90 days, a significant amount of skilled labour has been invested specifically in your business.
A full refund policy would also attract people who were never serious about following through — and that's not who we work with. The $1,000 partial refund exists because we are genuinely confident the system works, and we want clients to feel safe giving it a proper go.
The guarantee refund is not available if the system was not used as directed, if integrations were not connected after handover, or if the refund is requested after the 90-day window. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Monthly fees paid directly to the software platform are outside our control. Those are governed by the platform's own terms and refund policies. We earn a referral commission from the platform — this is disclosed upfront and does not affect your monthly rate.
There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel your software subscription at any time directly with the platform. Our one-time implementation fee is the only payment you make to us.
Nothing in this refund policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

AI Match Australia provides AI automation consulting and implementation services to Australian small businesses. Our services include scoping, building, and delivering automation systems using third-party software platforms. Specific deliverables are agreed on a per-client basis prior to payment.
Payment is required in full prior to build commencement. We accept payment via Stripe. By paying, you agree to these terms and confirm you have the authority to enter this agreement on behalf of your business.
Build and delivery timeframes are agreed with each client individually prior to payment. We work to deliver within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by the client — including failure to provide access, credentials, or required information — may extend the timeframe at no fault of AI Match Australia.
AI Match Australia is not liable for results dependent on factors outside our control, including but not limited to changes to third-party software platforms, changes to the client's business operations, or failure by the client to use the system as directed. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the implementation fee paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
AI Match Australia operates as an independent advisor and earns a recurring referral commission from the software platform we recommend and use to build client systems.
